How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team at hello@logfixai.com and we will help you through the process.
Renewals
For subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date if the renewed period has not been substantively used. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
