Who you are contracting with
LogFixAI is operated by Shad AI Cloud ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using LogFixAI you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
LogFixAI provides AI-generated guidance for Microsoft endpoint diagnostics and related troubleshooting for informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and testing any recommendations before implementation in production environments. Shad AI Cloud, its owners, and affiliates accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content. All outputs should be verified by a qualified IT professional before deployment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LogFixAI to attempt to exploit, harass, or harm any party; to engage in unlawful activity, fraud, or spam; to infringe intellectual property rights; to interfere with security (including malware, probing, or scraping); or to circumvent the rate limits or security controls of any system. You must not submit content you do not have the right to submit.
Generative AI — additional terms
You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, verifying accuracy, and having the rights to any input content. You must not use LogFixAI to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to jailbreak the underlying models. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not suitable for regulated professional advice without independent oversight. We may filter outputs, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The LogFixAI service, including its software, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Shad AI Cloud and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or circumvent its technical limits.
Service availability
We work to keep LogFixAI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please also review our Refund Policy.
Subscription & cancellation
Pro subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are charged in advance and are subject to applicable taxes collected by Paddle.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain limited data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

LogFixAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, Google LLC, OpenAI, or Anthropic. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners.
